Meet The Owner:

Born and raised in Burlington, Massachusetts, Kaitlyn Caterino brings a deep-rooted passion for service, communication, and hard work into everything she does. She graduated from Boston College in 2008 with a degree in Performance Arts, a path she initially planned to pursue professionally. Shortly after graduating, she unexpectedly became a mother, a life-changing moment that reshaped her career direction and priorities.

Kaitlyn spent over 12 years in the restaurant industry throughout Burlington, Billerica, and Chelmsford, working her way from bartender to front-of-house manager. Those years shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

When the restaurant industry shut down in 2020, Kaitlyn saw an opportunity to start fresh. After exploring several career paths, she found that nothing matched her passion for hands-on service until she entered the residential cleaning industry. She began cleaning homes through a franchise, quickly discovering how much pride and fulfillment she found in transforming spaces.

After a year, she stepped out on her own. For two years, Kaitlyn ran her business solo, building lasting relationships with a small group of loyal clients. In 2024, she officially expanded Wicked Clean & Sparkling into a fully licensed LLC with a focus on growth, professionalism, and consistency.

Kaitlyn approaches every home with care, intention, and respect — believing that a clean space isn’t just about appearance, but about how it feels to live in it. Her work is rooted in consistency, trust, and a unique sensitivity to the energy of a home, creating environments that feel calm, refreshed, and truly cared for.
